Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met with Oleg Kozhemyako, governor of the Maritime Territory Administration of the Russian Federation who paid a courtesy call on him, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on March 21. Oleg Kozhemyako is heading the visiting maritime territorial delegation.

Present there were Yun Jong Ho, minister of External Economic Relations, and Im Chon Il, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, members of the delegation of the Maritime Territory of the Russian Federation and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.

The talks proceeded in a comradely and friendly atmosphere.
