Greetings to Prime Minister of Vietnam

  Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) — Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Wednesday sent a message of greeting to Nguyen Xuan Phuc, prime minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of its 75th founding anniversary.
  Being pleased with many successes achieved by the Vietnamese people in the struggle for developing the economy of the country and improving their standard of living for the past 75 years under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the message sincerely hoped that they would bring about a new advance in the building of a strong and prosperous country.
  Expressing belief that the 70 year-long traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Vietnam, into which the preceding leaders of the two countries put their heart and soul, would ceaselessly develop at a new high stage in the spirit of the agreement between the top leaders of the two countries, it wished the prime minister success in his work for developing the country and improving the people’s wellbeing.
 On the same day Ri Son Gwon, foreign minister of the DPRK, sent a similar message to Pham Binh Minh, deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Vietnam.
